During the autumn and winter months, Athletics Club SPADO organizes a special run in the wooded area of Bergen op Zoom every third Sunday of the month. It is an accessible run where beginners can gauge their fitness level and advanced runners can use the run as a test event in their training buildup for other competitions. The concept is simple: while running, you decide whether to complete 5, 10, or 15 km, and you can finish after each lap.
